Using PrintNorth

PrintNorth is a Canadian B2B storefront for custom printed products. By using the site, requesting a quote, uploading artwork, or placing an order, you agree to use the storefront for lawful business or event purposes and to provide accurate order, artwork, payment, and delivery information.

Custom Product Orders

Product pages show available products, options, quantities, public CAD pricing, production estimates, and upload-before-checkout ordering steps. Custom printed goods are produced using the product, selected options, quantity, and artwork selected or supplied by the customer.

After payment, PrintNorth reviews the supplied file and emails a digital proof within one business day, or contacts you if the file is unusable. Production does not begin until you reply APPROVED to the final proof in writing.

Customer Artwork

You are responsible for the artwork, logos, photos, trademarks, text, regulated copy, and other material you upload or send to PrintNorth. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use the submitted material for the ordered custom printed products.

PrintNorth proofing checks print fit, cropping, placement, and obvious file-quality concerns. It does not replace customer review of spelling, dates, contact details, legal copy, trademarks, or regulated information.

PrintNorth may refuse or pause orders that appear unlawful, infringing, misleading, unsafe, abusive, or unsuitable for production.

Pricing And Payment

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Checkout is processed through Stripe. Unless a written quote states otherwise, pricing shown on the site may change before an order is placed.

If a pricing, product, tax, shipping, or technical error appears on the site or in checkout, PrintNorth may correct the error, cancel the affected order, or contact you before proceeding.

Production And Shipping Estimates

The listed 1-2 business-day production estimate begins after final written proof approval. Production and shipping timelines are estimates, not promised arrival dates. Timing can be affected by revisions, production capacity, courier pickup windows, weather, holidays, destination, and peak-season volume.

For firm event, opening, conference, launch, or campaign dates, contact PrintNorth before ordering so the timeline can be reviewed.

Refunds, Returns, And Cancellations

You may request a full refund any time before approving the proof. Once you reply APPROVED, production may begin immediately and normal custom-product cancellation restrictions apply. See the Refunds and Returns Policy.
