Privacy Policy
This policy explains how PrintNorth handles customer information for custom print orders, artwork uploads, quote requests, and order support.

Information We Collect
PrintNorth collects information needed to quote, process, review, produce, ship, and support custom print orders. This may include your name, business name, email address, shipping details, product selections, quantities, artwork filenames, uploaded artwork files, checkout details provided through Stripe, and support messages sent to PrintNorth.
The current storefront uses guest checkout only. PrintNorth does not currently offer login-based order history or profile pages.
Artwork Uploads
Artwork files are uploaded before checkout so the selected file can travel with the cart item and order. Uploaded artwork may include logos, photos, brand files, product-label content, event graphics, or other customer-supplied material.
PrintNorth uses Cloudflare R2 storage for artwork handling. Pending uploads are connected to the Stripe Checkout order metadata, then moved into order storage after successful checkout when the production environment is configured for that workflow.
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. PrintNorth does not receive or store full card numbers. Stripe may collect and process payment information, billing details, fraud-prevention signals, and related transaction data according to Stripe's own terms and privacy practices.
How We Use Information
- To prepare quotes, answer support questions, and review order requirements.
- To connect uploaded artwork with the correct product, quantity, and checkout order.
- To process payment, send operational emails, and coordinate manual order review.
- To arrange production, shipping, correction, refund, or reprint support where applicable.
- To improve product pages, ordering clarity, and customer support workflows.
Sharing Information
PrintNorth shares customer information only as needed to operate the storefront and fulfill orders. This can include payment processing through Stripe, storage through Cloudflare services, email or operational tooling, shipping carriers, and Canadian production partners involved in producing the custom printed goods.
PrintNorth does not sell customer artwork or customer contact information.
Analytics And Cookies
The current site does not describe a customer-account system, advertising profile, or marketing analytics program. Basic technical cookies, local browser storage, and service-provider security tools may still be used where needed for cart behavior, checkout, fraud prevention, website security, or payment processing.
