Proofing checks print fit, cropping, placement, and obvious file-quality concerns. You remain responsible for spelling, dates, legal copy, trademarks, and regulated information.

Upload the best file you have in PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, or EPS format. Vector artwork is preferred when available, and raster artwork should ideally be 300 DPI. PrintNorth reviews the file before preparing your proof.
Yes. PrintNorth emails a digital proof within one business day after checkout, or contacts you if the file cannot be prepared as supplied. Production does not begin until you reply APPROVED in writing.
Yes. Reply to the proof email with the changes you need. PrintNorth will revise the proof or explain any product limitations before asking for approval again.
Yes. You may request a full refund before proof approval. Once you reply APPROVED, production may begin immediately and custom-product cancellation and refund restrictions apply.

Your digital proof is normally emailed within one business day after checkout. The listed production estimate of 1-2 business days begins after you approve the proof, followed by Canadian carrier delivery. Final timing also depends on revisions, destination, weather, holidays, and peak-season volume.
