Ordering, Artwork, Shipping, and Support

What does PrintNorth sell?

PrintNorth sells custom branded matchbooks, matchboxes, photo-upload napkins, paper coasters, and round stickers for Canadian business buyers.

Who is PrintNorth built for?

The storefront is built for restaurants, bars, cafes, breweries, lounges, event planners, corporate gifting buyers, real estate professionals, bakeries, candle makers, soap makers, and other customer-facing businesses.

Do I upload artwork before checkout?

Yes. Upload the best file you have, add the configured product to cart, and complete guest checkout. It does not need to be production-ready. PrintNorth reviews the file after payment and contacts you if it cannot be used.

Will I see a proof before printing?

Yes. PrintNorth emails a digital proof within one business day after payment, or contacts you if the file is unusable. Nothing prints until you reply APPROVED in writing.

What does the proof review cover?

The proof review checks print fit, cropping, placement, and obvious file-quality concerns. You remain responsible for spelling, dates, contact details, legal or regulated copy, trademarks, and permission to use the submitted material.

Can I request proof changes?

Yes. Reply to the proof email with the changes you need. PrintNorth will revise the proof or explain any product limitation. Production starts only after you approve the final proof in writing.

Can I cancel after paying?

You may request a full refund until you approve the proof. After written approval, the normal restrictions for custom products apply because production may begin immediately.

When does the production estimate begin?

The listed 1-2 business-day production estimate begins after you reply APPROVED to the final proof. Shipping time is separate and is calculated during Stripe checkout.

What file types should I upload?

Upload the sharpest PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, or JPG available. Vector files are preferred for logos, but a high-resolution image is acceptable when that is the best file you have.

What are the minimums and do you offer volume pricing?

Minimums and every available quantity are shown on each product page. Unit pricing decreases at larger tiers, and the lowest unit-price tier is marked Best value.

Can I order a sample?

Printed samples are not currently part of self-serve checkout. Contact PrintNorth before ordering if you need to discuss a sample, unusual specification, or larger rollout.

Do you support quote requests?

Yes. Self-serve ecommerce is the primary path, but the contact path is available for larger, unusual, time-sensitive, or multi-product orders.

Is pricing shown in Canadian dollars?

Yes. Public retail pricing is shown in CAD so Canadian buyers can plan without currency conversion surprises.

Can food businesses use PrintNorth for labels?

PrintNorth can support branded stickers and packaging presentation, but regulated food-label content should be reviewed by the business before production. Health Canada and CFIA requirements may apply depending on the product.

Why does Canadian production matter?

Domestic ordering helps avoid common US-to-Canada print-order friction such as brokerage fees, customs handling, tax collection at the border, and foreign exchange movement.

Is checkout guest-only?

Yes. The current phase uses guest checkout only. Login-based order history and profiles are later-phase features.
